
1 lb Goolsby's Sausage
17 oz Cornbread Mix (2 Packages)
⅔ cup Milk
2 Eggs
14 oz Creamed Corn, Canned
4 oz Diced Green Chilies, Canned
2 cups Shredded Cheese
1 oz Package Dry Ranch Dressing Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In large skillet, crumble and cook Goolsby's Sausage until completely cooked through. Drain if necessary.

In large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients until mixed. Stir in cooked Goolsby's Sausage.

Spoon into prepared baking pan. Bake approximately 35-40 minutes. Cornbread is finished cooking when toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Cool before cutting.
